"Waduuuh…" I muttered to myself when I received the assignment letter from the Head of the Education Department regarding the distribution of supervised schools. My heart was confused and mixed with sadness. As a new supervisor, I had to accept this heavy task. Perairan asin yang menutupi lebih dari 70% permukaan bumi ini menyimpan keragaman bentuk yang luar biasa. Dalam kajian oseanografi dan geografi fisik, kita mengenal klasifikasi perairan laut berdasarkan letak dan morfologinya, seperti   lautan ,   laut ,   selat , dan   teluk . Keempat bentang alam ini tidak hanya memiliki perbedaan fisik, tetapi juga karakteristik dinamis yang unik, mempengaruhi ekosistem, iklim, dan kehidupan manusia di sekitarnya.
